D.B. Roberts Company

Review: after a purchase made on 6/6 for $65. visa informed me I was charged $73. when contacting d.b.roberts they said it was for freight. item will called 6/6/13 [redacted] then said it was for c/c usage. Inv.#sqc885 shows $8.00 as freight on a will-called item. no signs @ their location for c/c fees.I have their quote showing no fees and also showing this to be c/c transaction on quote. Also have e-mail from Ms.[redacted] trying to explain their policy. I sold this item on 6/10/16 with only 9 percent mark-up as under contract w / city of Ventura ( there by losing money )Desired Settlement: an $8.00 credit to our company visa card is due. And a letter to our NAPA Auto parts office to explain .
