Mr*** *** Purchased a Hotpoint Refrigerator for $plus tax on 8/5/as seen in the picture of the original receipt, it was not on 8/23/as he claimed, also note we give a day warranty fix or replace only no refunds Where he also signed
our policy.
Within two weeks of his purchase he called wanting a refund
He sad that his landlord gave him one so he no longer needed our refrigerator and wanted his money back
After explaining to him about the day warranty fix or replace only no refunds Only at that time did he claim the refrigerator did not work so we sent a technicians out to check the refrigerator and everything checked out in good working order and he still insisted he wanted his money back and already had another refrigerator and did not need this one
I thought I might also give you a little insight on ***'s character here in Chehalis Washington I have enclosed a couple of pictures of ***s Truck where he Parks it on random Streets throughout the cityHe changes the Billboards to fit his complaints he also has a for sale sign on his truck so that he is able to park it in parking lots pretending he's going to sell it but has no intentions of selling it so he can Slander other people in townIf this sounds silly it's because it isThis is something he is well known for in Chehalis
