Ordered a game controller on *** website for a PlayStation 4 controller, and the controller does not work. I tried to return the controller to *** and was advised the item was through a third party, ***, and I had to go through *** for a refund. I have sent *** several messages requesting a refund to no avail. This company has poor customer services tactics and I am appalled that *** would business with a company like this. It is no surprise this company received a "F" rating on the Revdex.com.

I ordered a product from this company and it was the wrong thing. I sent an email to them asking about how to return or exchange it. I didn’t hear anything so I emailed again 3 days later. I waited another 2 days and I have still not heard anything.

Company does not return emails, answer phone or call backs. I had contacted them numerous times for a product that is defective. I would like my money back.

Dazzle Games sold by Walmart sent me a x box one controller that does not work I have sent them a few messages regarding this issue asking for a return slip and refund and still no answer. Please see below for order information:
