I searched for a cleaning company to help when we were getting ready to put my Mom's house up for sale. Linda was extremely helpful in getting our job set up. right away. She was able to mobilize on very short notice and was exceptionally responsive, especially when a few unexpected blips occurred. In my opinion, what makes a company great is the willingness of an owner to be personally involved, quick to respond, and willing to do whatever it takes to make a customer happy. Great service is important but service recovery is even more important. This was my experience with Linda and so I highly recommend her.
