Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: On going or not I am not asking for Blue to admit the wrong doing because it is apparent from past dealing Blue Buffalo will not ever take responsibility Again, I am still wanting a refund of my money on the dog food They have a statement on the web site that they have the "True Blue Promise" So if they actually stand behind this Promise refund my money $ Sincerely, [redacted]
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:when I spoke to your customer service agent they told me to throw it in the trash[redacted] did not want me shipping a bug infested bag of cat food back to them.I feed [redacted] and [redacted] your dog food in addition to feral cats each night.I am a good customer and thought I was feeding my animals the best food on the market.Im sure this was a mistake with your merchant but try looking into the eyes of hungry feral cats with inches of snow on the ground at degrees.I am a [redacted] and order my pet food on line with day free shipping Sincerely, [redacted]
