The absolute worst company ive ever dealt withThey refused to install when everything was ready and cost us thousands in unnecessary heating costsStill having issues with system over a year laterHoles left open all over our main run and cold air return runNo duct tape was used at any joint and all cold air return grilles are too small for the system, causing terrible whistling soundWorst experience out of all the companies we have used

Today, (Saturday, 7/23/16) the humidity and high temps are almost unbearableMy elderly mom lives in an attached apttype house to our houseShe has air conditioning, but it was failingShe was getting sick and having problems with her head and chestI called Custom Comfort and even thought they aren't supposed to have working hours on the weekend, they came as soon as possibleKaren is the tech who cameShe fixed it and was so kind and understanding to my momShe was exceptionalI appreciate it so muchI know my mom did tooBeing a caretaker for mom, Custom Comfort was a very very positive help for usThank you Karen, Mike and Custom Comfort
