Days Inn

My children and I have been staying at this Days Inn for months then one day out of the blue with no explanation as to why. Then we were told that the cleaning ladies (who don't speak English) were afraid. They have came in to the room many times while my son, daughter or myself dressing or taking a shower, without knocking. Not to mention that we paid for our privacy and or shelter. I was put in this situation by a crooked bank(***)
I paid 740+ each week. I was told by a rude and disrespectful front desk employee by the name of Michelle, when I asked to speak to the manager she refuse to transfer me. All she kept saying was he made the decision. We have been here roughly around July or August 2019. You just don't put a family out in the cold off of what the cleaning staff who can't speak English. I want to find out why. I have not been able to speak to the manager. I feel that this is unfair. Also they double charged me for a week in the amount of $773.71. The room is in my son's *** name.
