Manager gave us a bad room on our wedding night with a faulty air conditioning unit in room 203, that leaks water all over the entire floor getting my luggage and luggage bag wet. She then rudely kicked my wife and her 2 friends out of the pool the second I finished checking out of the hotel. She wouldn't even allow me to file a documented complaint.

My name is and I received a letter from you in regards to . This guest as already placed a complaint with myself as well as our Brand customer service department. I have spoke with while he was on site and I have sent him an email in regards too his concerns.
We are a hotel and the guest wanted to extend his stay and it was unfortunate that his credit card declined. After some time as well as much time after check out and a few companions wanted to swim in the pool. At this time I informed that if him and his guests were not registered that they would not be able to utilize the facility. Mr. at this time got upset and wanted to state he had issues with his room and wanted a refund. concerns were that the a.c unit was leaking and his carpet was wet, After, speaking with Mario and informing him that if he had issues they should have been brought to my attention during the night or even during check out when he was trying to extend the same room. I also still stress to him if he had issues we can resolve them however, he still can not swim not registered. Mr then left. I did investigate his concerns to the ac leaking and it was. It was repaired and clean. I contact MR. offered my apologizes again as well as a discount for the issues he encountered. If there is any additional steps that need to be made please contact me.
