We have attached copy last communication we had sent to guest email who had filed Complained. Even though Guest No Show charge was valid and guest had never cancelled reservation,  considering her family emergency situation and being family member of Victim of [redacted]...

[redacted] shooting we have decided to reverse her no-show charges and refunded her $79.09 on her card today. Guest using term " fraudulently charged" is unacceptable and Guest was never able to provide us valid cancellation number because it was never cancelled. Guest may have tried contacting several place to cancel but past cancellation deadline.  Guest also mentioned that Hotel Manager / Owner refused to cancel reservation !!! She never spoke with Hotel Manager/ Owner. If front desk representative refused that can be only because it was past cancellation dead line allowed.  Guest was refunded No-show and  Guest was also informed about it as well.
