Good Morning, Please accept my apology for the impression my associate made on your recent visitI am truly sorry you did not enjoy the experienceThe Associate offered a different room at the point of the complaint and offered a 50% discount on there stayThe Guest wanted a full refund and we could not authorize that with a completely different room but was still offered a 50% discount the guest did not want that she insisted on a full refundWe contacted out pest control company immediately the next morning and rechecked all the room including Mrs [redacted] room as well they were not able to locate any roaches in the room while they did there site visitOur Front Desk Associate also went back to the room to turn everything off after the guest checked out and the Front Desk Associate wasn't able to locate anything eitherThe guest was offered a completely different room with a 50% discount did not want to accept the offerThe guest has been given there full refund back to the there card in the full amount
