Review: I arrived at the hotel on July 16 and checked-out on July 17 in the Days Inn Arlington, [redacted], Virginia.When I arrived, the reception staff told me that they didn't find my reservation record. After 1 minute, I was told that it's fine. They took the money from my credit card at that time.After 2 month later, I was charged again and they told me that they found my reservation record two months ago.By the time they told me that some one booked the hotel with my credit card...It's weird. How come I stayed one night and have to pay twice even three times for the irrelevant booking? The reception staff made the misktakes, customers should assume the responsibility?This is unacceptable and unfair at all.Desired Settlement: I only can pay the money of my stay.I refuse to pay any irrelevant money for the mistakes made by the hotel.The hotel should send me a paper-based apology letter to clarify the whole story.
