Spoke with this customer in regards to the leak on her mobile homeI was informed by this customer that a new roof had been installed before she purchased it but once I inspected the roof I explained to customer that the roof infact was original to the home which was at least years oldI then recommend for her to coat the entire mobile home roof with a fiber roof coatingIn order to stop the leaks we cemented the porch flashing to the mobileWith any repair there is not warrantyI did receive a phone call from this customer in regards to installing a door and hardwood flooringI have not received any textThis is the first I have heard about this customer having leaks or wanting to have roof coated
