Dawson Heating & Air Conditioning

I preformed all work I was contracted to do Them contract clearly states no gas lines The General contractor for this client lied to her He promised her that I would do a myriad of other things I completed the job as contracted it was inspected by the City of Cincinnati She paid $down payment with the rest due upon completion After the work was completed, not only did she refuse to pay me the balance due The client and her general contractor verbally assaulted me There will be no refund of any kind In fact, I believe this complaint this in response from the client receiving communication from my attorney This complaint is not factual and intended to damage my reputation with customers This complaint is completely false!! The services provided were : cleaning of the A-coil indoor and outdoor, recharging unit with two pounds of R-Freon, and unclogging a condensate drain panThe hot water heater was also evaluated for a leak It was determined that the leak was coming from the foundation of the home This issue is one that is beyond my expertise I also expressed this to the client I thought the client was upset with my conclusion and hung up on me I believe in satisfying the client I also believe in payment for services renderedI am willing to refund $for the frustration and failed communication I feel that it would be unfair to repay the total amount Since, l did provide required services to the Air Conditioning unit
