Landscaping:
Billed for services not rendered: did not perform complete basic landscaping services two times per month, but billed for the same, and received payment. I did not realize the problem until I returned to my home on the island and found it in an un-maintained state.

Irrigation:
I don't know how to describe this except the billing is wildly unreasonable, some $20K for residential irrigation repair, especially for a residential irrigation repair, and badly documented for being so.
