I ordered and paid cash up front for blinds for a camper that I use in shows ..after a month the blinds got finished and you can still see in the camper the guy came and measured came back put some blinds up
And didn’t like the way the other ones were had to reorder the blinds the morning he was suppose to come complete the blinds which was a day before my show he calls and tells me the company sent the wrong blinds. So he waited to open the pkg instead of opening it when it arrived so needless to say I looked like a ghetto fool in the show w only part of my blinds I called to speak to the owner he never even called me back .. for a 600 dollar *** I’m so embarrassed over the blinds I ask for a refund for all the heartache all the time it took and they refused. They refunded me 110 for installation they have put holes in my wood and damaged the area and the blinds don’t even meet there is a gap not satisfied with the service the customer pride or the quality of the job
In response to the above complaint, we would like to offer our sincere apologies that the installation of the window blinds did not meet the customer’s expectations. We will immediately issue a refund check for the remainder of the cost of the job, and would be willing to redo the job if desired, at a 50% discount.Cal HenningPresidentJames T Davis
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
