this company is owned by walmart and are rude and do not do there job. they don invesagtae issuses and they dont call bacll and they yell at you. then they said I is not your fault but you hit the pallet so it really is your fault and when you say your goind to hire a lawyer they say you threathen tehm. they r jokes

I slipped and fell in walmart and since then cmi will call and tell me to call them, I call back multiple times and only get leave a message boxes, then I recieve a letter, I call on the letter recieve message box, I get another letter stating that if they don't hear from me within 10 days that they will close the claim....BUT I'VE BEEN CALLING! SUCH a fraudulent company....it's all a game, they don't want to resolve anything... just run the clock down

My step daughter was at Walmart getting her tire changed and when they jacked her car up instead of putting it on the lift the bent and damaged her driver side car door. She was advised that they turned a claim into CMI. She was assigned a claim adjuster and a claim number but was and has been unable to contact this adjuster after multiple messages left on the voicemail. She is just wanting to know what the status of this claim was.

I fell in the parking lot of Wal Mart in Tarboro NC. I was coming out of the store and slipped on the wet cross walk line. I sprained by right wrist severely. I went to the ER. I filed a claim. They reviewed my fall. They talked to a witness. I got a letter they had made a decision in my claim to call them. I called daily for a week and finally got someone. They are not going to compensate me all. I am going to contact a lawyer and sue them. They are liable for any injury on their property.
