clearly mark for visabilty at the five gallon mark} I pour the fuel through a large funnel in to his jug upon completion he said it was not up past his mark I reasured him it was gallons he told me if I could not fill it to the top of his mark on the jug that I could put it back ...so I did the handed him back his jug told him go some where else I could not give away fuel for free so he left and he was forgotten about until 07/11/at closing time an employee came and got me and said some guy was be very disrespectfull teelling them to fill his jug past the line with there ignorant a*** .I made vissual then relized who he was and I had them to return his money and jug {the jug was not purchsed from here either for our jugs are only plus tax not for sake}he was told to never return here the brazoria officer was buisy with a auto accident I did not get to issue a no tresspass warninghe has sence waged an assault on *** *** with horrible languageattacking people who left good reviews on The can has an indicator on the side that shows markings for gallons, or liters (Slightly higher than 5) with a little more room above thatI'm guessing the vent on the handle would make going over liters an unpopular practiceAccuracy of ** Fuel Cans that are being used for storage and /or left in the sun in back of a truck/open trailer are subject to swelling this has a profound effect on older round jugs .the newer squarefuel jugs are designed to help resit this but it is still best to keep vented and out of the sun

Regards, First,   I was never rude nor used profanity in any way until I was approached by the owner of d[redacted] and was cussed at  and threatened by d[redacted]. I was never at any time rude until I was provoked.I have issued a criminal tresspss warrant on d[redacted] and plan to pursue the matter with my attorney AND with the officed of judge [redacted] for damages. I also plan to get a permit to picket in front of aw d[redacted] for deceptive trade practice and also plan to write a letter to the editor of the brazosport facts telling all of brazoria county of d[redacted]' deceptive trade practice. The dept of weights and measures assures me  the jug is in compliance as are the marks. Mr. [redacted] of slebys racing fuels also assures me the jug is right on the button. He filled a brand new jug to the five gal mark and then poured it into my jug. which was on the same  exact spot . D[redacted] tells me  he gets his measuerments from a convienence store. when I told the weights and measures  guy band [redacted] this they laughed uncontrolably. I am more than willing to stop  any further pursuit of this matter and withdraw all statments  IFeither A.  my jug can be filled to the five ghallon m,ark. OR B. d[redacted] publically states he will get his future measuements from an accurate source( i.e  Dept. of Weights and Measures) or C. A public apology for cussing at me infront of his employees and my wife [redacted]. Any one of these will suffice and bring this matter to a close. AND! upon recieving Any or preferably ALL of the requests above. All associated material will be removed from **. If not, i  am prepared to take the matter as far as humanly possible.
