I called Bob Davis to schedule a technician visit right after [redacted] referral that ranked him and the company as number in customer satisfaction, with no complaint in its historyIn the phone, I could sense his downright honesty as he explained the policy/procedure of their servicesHe sent Nike (he said the name is as unique as mine) who did the services within half an hour installing the heat relay and double checking that all is in orderFor the very fair price, Nike's courteous skillful & honest service, and Bob's above board handling of my issue, this company has earned my trust and I am not going anywhere elseI immediately canceled the appointment I had with a previous contractor whose technician charged an exorbitant price for the service that was not done so wellI am so grateful to Bob for sending Nike this morningExcellent job& great price !
