I was issued a virtual visa card as a rebate offer and it was declined multiple times when I tried to use it. What a joke!! This company should be held responsible based on the extreme number of poor customer service ratings. Very misleading to a consumer. One star rating is too much for them.
I received a $200 virtual visa gift card through the Alcon rebate program. The Alcon rebate program uses prepaiddigitalsolutions.com, which is a Swift Prepaid company. I tried using the card online and it wasn't working. I tried calling customer service multiple times, but couldn't get through. I went to go try the card again and noticed that the card has expired. I've tried calling and submitted an email, but can't get a hold of anyone. I can't believe a large reputable company like Alcon uses Swift Prepaid.
Awful company. I had a problem with a rebate card I received from my electric company. The card is managed by Swift. I called 3 times. Each time they simply place you on hold and then hang up after 20 mins. Never spoke with anyone. Complete scam company.
Redemption link does not work...…..site does not respond......can't get my card....so far no response...hopefully something happens and not me getting ripped
I earned a $200 bonus gift card awhile ago with a very short expiration period. I had no end of issues with this company, being locked out of my account numerous times, the card not working for a purchase, and then the balance on the card expired and I had to submit paperwork and pay a fee (I thought it was $15) to reinstate my balance! Every time I called it was a struggle to get anything fixed and now I have been trying to log onto the website for 2 days and cannot access it, keeps coming up unable. What is going on here??
This place is a complete joke of a "business," plus a giant scam. Their website is down 100% of the time, they do not respond to an email. They send you a link to claim your perks.com rewards, but that is useless since the website times out. It's been a full week of being down for me. For some reasons perks.com was dumb enough to associate with https://www.prepaiddigitalsolutions.com/, part of this Swift scam company.
Horrible!! Virtual Visa is the most difficult visa card I've ever used!! It keeps getting declined. I have one for $5 - If I request a physical card, it reduces your reward by $3 - not worth it!! Companies should not use this service. If I see a Virtual Visa as a reward for purchases, I don't bother now.
Very bad service.
They do not resolve anything and they lock your account for a long period of time
I earned a $50 giftcard from *** for this service. I went to use it a few months later and was locked out of my account. I contacted customer support which sent me a link supposedly to reset the account, but was still locked out. When I tried to explain this I was provided with a very passive aggressive "thanks for contacting us" and no further help. Now the entire wallet is "expired" (right after I made a complaint? yeah right). I want the $50 that this company stole from me back.
Company does not support the consumer on disputes.
Their processes to dispute is old, they only accept mail and faxes.
They do not contact the consumer for issues or to respond.
Although this is supposed to be a Visa debit card, the processor flat out refuses to allow me to transfer the balance to another card. Everyone else can manage balance transfers, but not this company. Also, the cards have a expiration date 6 months out. That's an awfully short period of time for a debit card, and if you read the fine print, they charge $10 to reissue an expired card. What a racket!
Very poor interactions with this company. Fraudulent transactions on the card they issued, and extremely long support investigation/resolution times, all while the card & funds remained locked. NOT a company I would ever choose to do business with ever again...
A few months ago, I received a token from their team to redeem a $100 gift card. The email containing the token had ZERO mention of an expiration date. Nowhere in the email did it state that the token expires or contain any legal language about expiration date. I am aware that once you redeem the token, then the actual gift card expires within six months; however, based on their inability to supply sufficient information in their official messaging, I was not aware that the token itself expires as well because they do not mention it anywhere in their email messaging. When something expires, you are obliged to inform the consumer of the exact date and parameters. I wrote to them, provided a screenshot of the email they had sent, and of course it should not come as a surprise that they are now giving me the run-around. They told me I would need to contact Swagbucks, even though the token doesn't come from them but Prepaid Digital Solutions. Then I resent the screenshot again and they said to give their team a call instead, but when I did (several times), I couldn't get through. Withholding important, necessary information about a product is a shady practice and makes me feel like they're trying to scam customers out of their money. This has been a frustrating experience to say the least and if I could, I would leave 0 stars.
I had an issue and when I called and got connected to an agent it was resolved by him immediately. It was slightly complicated to get the correct number and the correct menu sequence, but once I was connected it was a breeze to resolve the issue.
I was given a prepaid card by my company in May of last year (2019) and tried to use it several times online, and it never worked. I then tried to use it again this month and I have been told it expired in December of 2019.
In working through support, I've got nothing but the run-around and unlike others on this thread, I was not offered a form to fill out to get a new card issued for a $10 fee. I was told "Unfortunately the time frame to claim this token has expired and is no longer eligible for replacement." It hasn't even been 11 months yet, not to mention I claimed the token and it was the virtual card that expired.
I feel bad for anyone that gets a gift card from this company. My advise to you is spend it as quickly as you can and realize it will probably be declined for no good reason even when it is valid.
I only gave 1 star as 0 stars is not even possible. This has been a nightmare. I finally received my card and you need to receive an e-mail with a verification code to view and use the rebate. I would never receive the email. I contacted the company 10 times over the course of 2 months before I finally got a decent response that suggested using a different e-mail address. Every other time was a generic response about how I should check my spam folder (which of course I did and it was never there). I finally go to use my card and it is declined 4 times yet the company is acting like they funded the transactions and reduced the balance on my card!!! It also duplicated 2 of the transactions. I contacted the company again and they said it will be 120 days to resolve a dispute. This is complete fraud. I know they are hoping people will give up or forget. My time is valuable and I don't bother waiting reviews unless I feel there is zero ethical values or its complete mismanagement on behalf of the organization. My husband has been waiting 4 months to even receive his e-mail with his rebate card. The company is a nightmare to deal with, slow to respond, and honestly making money off of several people who are due valid rebate funds.
I work here and the company outsourced its customer service to poor wage over worked call center in Guatemala. We are trained to discourage the customers from retrieving their unused funds by giving generic replies and cold replies unless the customers threaten a neg Revdex.com review or social media.
This company is likely engaging in dark web and digital fraud along with terrorism laundering.
These prepraid Visa cards are a total scam. They expire and then when you call to have them reissued (cost $10), they direct you to a website (they won;t reissue them for you). The website does not work, the codes they provide do not link tho the pages, the Canadian provinces do not come up from the drop down menu so you can't complete the registration.
Finally you give up after 6 calls and 3 online attempts and they keep the balance on the card.
A total scam. Only in the USA would this type of shady business keep going. Perhaps Trump is a shareholder.
I was a victim of fraud on a prepaid card issued by Swift Prepaid Solutions. I recieved 150$ from a online study as a incentive they deposited the funds to a prepaid credit card that is through swift prepaid solutions and the card was supposed to be mailed I check the account daily to see the status and now it says the account can't be found. I have called numerous times. The representatives have escalated this claim multiple times to a supervisor who has never called me back. This is a horrible company as far as customer service. I am not only a victim of fraud but of a company, Swift Prepaid Solutions I was cheated out of 150$
