Just a note on the great job Home and Hearth Outfitters have done for usThe experience has been a pleasure Home and Heart put in our gas line to the new grill and from the time we came through the door to find the new grill to the time we finished the project all of our expectations were met and we are very happy with the service we received Thank you so much, S*** P*** and S*** D***
I ordered grills from them in and needed a replacement part so I called them back in March to order the partThey told me that I needed to go through the manufacture to get the replacement part and gave me their numberI called the manufacture and they rerouted me to Home and HearthI explained that they were not able to order the part for me and if I can order through them, they said they would get back to me and never didI called several times to follow up and this last time, Aaron seemed pretty frustrated and you can tell he was not interested in helping meHe raised his voice and said "we don't have a serial number or a part number" I reminded him for the 7th time that they had it on file because we purchased them from his companyHe then said, "we don't even have payment" but this is confusing because I didn't have an invoice or quote or was never asked to leave a deposit which I would have been happy to doI explained that to him and let him know that I was frustrated- he then followed up with "You need to go through a different company" I called *** *** and they were able to complete the order in less than minutesI am not so sure why its so hard to do your job correctly
