I *** with Davidson odd jobs was supposed to do work for Patricia and resurface their deck. With every job I do I get a deposit of half down to guarentee the job I give every one of my customers 3 days to change their mind and get their deposit back Patricia *** and her husband waited over a week 2 days before I was supposed to do the job request their money back. I had called Patricia 2 days before the job to double check on everything and let them know one of my volunteers would be by to pressure wash for me so I could start when I got there I had forgotten they wanted it sanded and not pressure washed as I do several a month before I could apologize and correct myself letting them know I *** would be by to sand their porch they started getting irritated and saying they want their deposit back when I informed them it's not refundable as it has been over 3 days and I had the week booked for their deck so I was then out of work that week they started saying I didn't have insurance and I wasn't licensed which I later provided proof of for them. I still continued to offer them the work as promised and they did not want me to do it. They then continued to threaten to sue me and I left the matter at that and quit responding as I do not feel I was in the wrong.

The deposit was given in good faith that the work would be done as agreed upon. *** called several days before the agreed upon start date to inform my husband and myself "someone" would be there in the morning to pressure wash the deck. We were not comfortable with the sudden change in plans and personnel and advised *** of this. After further correspondence via phone and email, we chose to cancel the work and requested a refund. This was within a week of providing the deposit. A full refund was refused. A complaint was made to the *** attorney generals office with full details of all exchanges. I want others who are considering working with *** to be aware of our experience with him.
We have gone threw this with *** general attorney and got no were expect going back and forth which here we are again. I offered half back of the deposit which wasn't good enough. I was out of work for a week because I had them on my schedule. I tried to work with them and still offer the work and they have given me a bad name on ***, *** and now Revdex.com and I have been harrassed about it since last summer. The deposit is non refundable after 3 days the deposit is to get put on my schedule and insure I have the job. I get a deposit with EVERY costumer I do not put anyone on my schedule until I have a deposit insuring I do the job! I have tried to satisfy them as a costumer by offering half back or still offering them the work.
