Bear creek arsenal has very fast shipping
So it appears there is some confusion with this order. We have NEVER offered an assembled upper that will ship in 3-5 days. The customer may have read the shipping time for "miscellaneous parts". I have sent the customer a link to the shipping times which I will include here. Our shipping times were updated on 9/14 but our assembled upper times did not change on that update. We also have not received ANY emails from this customer as they have claimed. We have included screenshots of our shipping info and a search in our email system with the customer's email address showing that no emails have been received. Our phone system IS experiencing issues and we have suggested to the customer that they try the online chat option on our website to reach a customer service agent quicker. We have notified the customer that if they prefer not to wait, we can go ahead and cancel the order and refund (minus 1.75% merchant fee). We went ahead and cancelled the customer's order in full. The order was placed 2 days ago and it takes some time for these cancellation requests to get processed. We did not receive 1 email for a cancellation request on this order. We kindly ask the customer to try our online chat in the future if they have an issue. It is the quickest way for the customer to get in touch with a customer service agent. Also for future reference, there is a 1.75% merchant fee attached to refunds on orders cancelled early such as this order. We went ahead and waived that fee since the customer was having trouble getting in touch with customer service on the phone. Thank you for your business!

After taking forever to receive my order, the upper was not even anodized and does not match my lower. It's not even finished. I submitted an email to request a return for a full refund, but I have not received any response. I call their customer service number and it says that there is no one who can take my call and hangs up. I want to return the items and get my money back!

I understand the corona virus has delayed most companies and it has slowed shipping times but all my items were in stock and my order has gone past the new extended shipping times. Placed order on 7/19/2020 after 37 days the status reads new and has not changed. Shipping information has not been sent. Emailed customer services over a week ago and no response. My next step is to dispute with bank.

Order number DD-*** was placed on 8/6/2020. At the time the estimated shipping delay was 21 days. They have since updated their website to state 27 days. It's still past that time. I have reached out to them through facebook, email and phone and have gotten no response either way. I want a refund immediately or my product immediately. Other companies of similar nature have gotten me my orders in less than a week when they were made on the same day as this order.

We got the customer's order shipped out the same day we were notified that there was an issue. We have no control over how long the deliveries take once they are received by the carrier. Tracking for the customer's package shows "Your package will arrive later than expected, but is still on its way. It is currently in transit to the next facility." This has been happening more often lately as USPS has been experiencing longer than normal shipping times. We will continue to follow up on this order and file a claim if needed once it comes to that. Thank you for your business and we will do whatever is needed to make sure the customer is satisfied with their order.

I have two seperate orders with this company that I placed online. I have never received any confirmation emails that my order has been shipped or is being processed even tho my card has been charged. I have tried calling the company multiple t ok mes and none of the phone numbers listed are working. I have sent several emails to this company but I have yet to receive any customer service or help. I want just want simple answers to my questions.

My order DD-*** is an complete upper receiver with a BCG and Charging handle I order since Aug, 17th. I called and sent two emails. Till this day I have not received any emails, calls or updates about my order. But they definitely charged my account for the item. No one picks up the phone or answer the email. This is horrible!!!!!!!! I wish I knew about this before I had placed an order. If you can do it. Just refund us our money

Order was place on August 14, 2020 for BCG and Charging Handle. They advertised item in stock and order should take 3 to 5 days to ship. I have tried many times through emails and phone calls but no luck in communicating with anyone. I have never had any issues with previous orders but this seems to be the only problem. Just wanted answers and someone to look into my order its been 3 weeks.
We have reached out to the customer with an apology for the lack of response from our customer service team. We have given the customer an update and some options to get this resolved moving forward. Item was AR15 upper, partially assembled , it had an AR10 barrel nut ,and barrel would have to be shimmed to fit the receiver. A very dangerous action. I ask for an RMA to return this item, 4/18/20 no reply,after 5 calls and 6 emails I gave up. Now 6 mos later I am still trying to return this item for a refund. Run the other way customer service does not exist Got your money and they got you. Inferior products and inferior service.
We sent out a replacement barrel nut to the customer on 9/9 as soon as I was notified there was an issue. Since the customer has filed a chargeback with their financial institution we cannot refund the order at this time. We have offered to have the customer return the unwanted items and we would then accept the chargeback as a loss and the customer would receive their refund that way. Or if the customer wishes to keep the order, we have asked that they send proof from their financial institution that the chargeback has been withdrawn. The issue as far as the items received has been resolved. We are just waiting on a response from the customer as to which route they prefer to take. We look forward to getting this resolved and the customer taken care of. Thank you for your business!
We reached out to the customer after we shipped the replacement barrel nut on Wednesday the 9th notifying them that we had shipped the replacement item. We also inquired as to whether they planned to keep the order and cancel the chargeback and we never heard back. I have emailed the customer a return shipping label. Once we get the order back we can concede the chargeback and the customer will receive their refund from their financial institution. If the chargeback is decided in our favor, we would then refund the order amount minus any applicable fees. Thank you for your business!

Let me start by saying that once you place an order with Davidson Defense getting any updates or status from them is a pipe dream. 1 month after I placed my order I had no status on the order. After I went through the trouble of opening a service request with their goofy third party communication system stating that I wanted to cancel my order as it was a Birthday gift and time had run out, I get a notice that they shipped the order! . So I waited for tracking info and that took a day or 2. Once I had the tracking number, there were no updates, this likely was an issue on the shippers end, but it isn’t giving me that warm and fuzzy feeling I was hoping for. My order did arrive about 8 days later and when I opened the package I found that the sight post and related hardware was missing and not loose in the packaging and that my stock that I ordered did not fit as it was deformed. I opened a service ticket through the third party system they use to communicate with their customers and included photos as requested and from there things got really bad! They kept asking for more photos and I complied. Today I was informed that the ticket was closed because of some sort of lack of communication on my end! REALLY!?!? I’ll buy the parts I was shorted from a reputable company and the stock has been thrown in the garbage! They won’t get another penny of my hard earned money and you shouldn’t give them any of yours either!
I made a purchase for unassembled parts July 30. The website says to expect shipment in 17-19 days. It is now September 2 and after sending an email that received a generated response, a follow up email regarding the generated response, and a direct email to [email protected], I still have not received a response or update on the items I purchased.

I have reached out to the customer with an update. Our estimated shipping time on assembled upper orders is 20-23 business days.
