Davids Small Engine Repair

Review: I bought a mower at davids small engine repair that I was told to be in excellent condition... It was not it died in ten minutes of me mowing and would not start again. David the one who sold me the mower keep asking me to do all these things to get it running so I had my father come over and look at it and was advised to try and get a refund because the engine was a complete mess inside. I was told that it was an as is sale when I requested a refund and not at the time of purchase. I was also informed because my father took the cover off the mower David will not fix it even though he wanted him to pull the carb out and play with that?!?!? To try to get it running again.Desired Settlement: I just want a refund of my money for the product back as it was not in the condition I was told and it does not even work after 10 minutes of use.
