could be available the upcoming weekend, with materials and tools at the ready, to try and investigate the problem furtherIan did not - not mention anything of additional costs, but requested a return call to confirm a time or possibly an earlier dateWe had not received a return call since.We are willing to investigate the problem further with repairs at no cost, but we cannot garantee anything
