Review: Was doing a group trip for crab fest and was unable to fill the bus. I only needed to send $200 to secure bus but I sent $420. The company never called me to tell me they received the money, I had to call them. She gave me some story about being busy. The company never called to tell me I was coming up on a deadline where I would not receive my deposit if I could not fill up the bus. So I called to let them know I would be unable to fill the bus and she told me my deposit would be forfeited. I would think they would keep $200 and not the $420. Also this company advertised if you cannot fill the bus don't worry we have a share a ride program. So I am thinking the worse thing that could happen is we would have to change our date for the event, I asked about it and she said there were no more room on any buses, mind you this is May and events don't start till July. We should have at least been put on stand by. They just wanted to my money and not give anything for it. They didn't even try to accommodate in any way.Desired Settlement: I want at least half of my deposit. $200 would have held the bus so I think that is all this company should have taken from me
