David Shoe Repair

DO NOT GO HERE! THEY WILL NOT REFUND MONEY FOR THEIR MISTAKE.
I have been to this shoe repair store multiple times and they do a good job at repairing shoes. However, they charged my debit card twice for my boots. I went to them to pick up my boots and showed them that both charges went through on my debit card and THEY WOULD NOT REFUND MY MONEY. They said they had no proof on their end. I said this is your mistake, showed him the charges again from my bank account and I stated I would like a refund for the money they mistakenly charged me for. They said no. I said I would have no other option then report this to the Revdex.com and also post a yelp review about their customer service and fraud tactics. I went immediately to [redacted] to dispute the charge. This is just BAD BUSINESS.
I will not return and I would recommend others not to go to this place. There are plenty of other shoe repair stores in NYC.
