BEWARE of their service dept. I took my car to be serviced and they told me there would be a $129.95 diagnostic fee which would be applied to any work done. I agreed and they did the work but did not fix the problem but still charged me over $550.00. I had to take it back because the car was not fixed and then they got it right and fixed the problem for an additional $180.00.

When I got the bill they did not apply the $129.95 diagnostic fee. They added it to the original price of the part and then told me that it was deducted. I called another Mazda dealer to get the price of the part and it was exactly $129.95 less than what I was charged. So they ripped me off for the $129.95 plus charged me over $550.00 for something that didn't fix anything. That is $680.00 that they ripped me off for.

I talked with the service manager a few days later and told him what had happened and he said he would credit me $130.00. This was the amount that they ripped me off for the diagnostic fee in the first place. I later spoke with the owner who refused to do anything about it.

The ironic thing is that I am going to buy a new Mazda 3 for my daughter who is graduating soon and I was going to buy it from them but after seeing how they lied and ripped me off and how they handled the situation, I would never buy a car from them. They lost all my future business and who knows how much more for $680.00!!!
