Review: I received a promotion in the mail from [redacted] saying he can tell me when I will make money in the future. I sent off a small amount of money for his service and did not receive anything in return. I noticed he had charged my credit card and I thought I was just out the money. The next month I found several other charges on my account from him without doing any business with him. I had my card changed and a month later there were several other charges. I had my card changed again with the same result of having him charge my card without doing business with him. This has been going on for a year and no matter how many times I report it to my card service and change the card, two to three charges will appear every month.This is beyond a simple scam. It is out right stealing.Desired Settlement: I want to have [redacted] refund all the money that he has charged on my credit card for the last year and also pay the tranfer fees of 10 percent.

We have received your notification regarding the complaint by [redacted] and regret any concerns that may have occurred. Please know that we take special care to respond to customer inquiries about orders, as well as honoring refunds for returned items, and make every effort to resolve issues in a timely manner.
In reviewing our client records, we do not find any orders for [redacted] for [redacted]. When an order is placed with a credit card that is declined during order processing, the order is discontinued and therefore there is no transaction to release to the bank. No orders were completed for [redacted] products.
We defind multiple orders placed to [redacted], a partnering brand of [redacted], between August 2012 and July **, 2013, using credit card as the means of payment. For orders placed for [redacted] via credit card payment, [redacted] will appear on the credit card statement.
For [redacted]' [redacted] orders, we did not receive UNDELIVERABLE returns from the Post Office and no correspondence was received from the client identifying delivery problems.
We hope that this resolves all concerns.
