David Motel Lodge

Okay, so we just left the crescent ballroom. We headed over there for a concert; Misterwives, totally awesome show btw... we met a person standing in line that was only 18 years old. Therefore he/she was not allowed into the 21 and over section. We split ways after buying band merchandise. After the first band was done we went to look for him/her in the 18 and under section. When all of a sudden a bouncer/security (mid 30's tallish, going bald, and looking like he was on steroids) grabs my arm and pulls me to the side while screaming in my ear "I need to speak to you" Verbally assaults me (profanity and all) in front of 2 of my friends/witnesses, and tries to pick a fight with me. I am absolutely shocked, I try to explain to him that he must be confusing me with someone else, but would not let me get a word inn. I asked him to please not act so hostel towards me, especially when I had no idea what that guy's problem was. I walked away from the guy, after I apologized FOR DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Mind you, I was 100% sober. I am bummed out, because not only did that ruin my night, it honestly made me feel horrible. I had not been talked to in that way EVER. I am sorry to declare that I will not be going back to the Crescent Ballroom, or to both bars associated with it anytime soon, because that type of security is; in my humble opinion, completely unethical, and I absolutely DO NOT feel safe with that type of security. It's a shame really. For people planning on going there, please be careful...
