Very disappointed in service department and that service department lost a customerI bought my vehicle may And within first week was in for serviceThen when went to pick it up they had damaged my seatThe service department lies to you about wait timesWhen making appointment and when taking it in I make it very clear I work 3rd shift if it is going to take longer than 1:- 2:hrs will need loaner vehicle or ride homeFirst appointmnt told about hour to hour n half....that one was little over 2hrsThis last appointment was told same hour to hour n half almost 3hours later and they say they wash you vehicle they do notThey run it through quick drive thru car wash but not washed in anyway and definitly no vacuum or detailing doneI love my vehicle but can not wait to trade in and done with David maus and done with their poor service department

Then when went to pick it up they had damaged my seat. The service department lies to you about wait times. When making appointment and when taking it in I make it very clear I work 3rd shift if it is going to take longer than 1:30 - 2:00 hrs will need loaner vehicle or ride home. First appointmnt told about hour to hour n half....that one was little over 2hrs. This last appointment was told same hour to hour n half almost 3hours later and they say they wash you vehicle they do not. They run it through quick drive thru car wash but not washed in anyway and definitly no vacuum or detailing done. I love my vehicle but can not wait to trade in and done with David maus and done with their poor service department.
