I am rejecting this response because:Thank you for your quick responseAfter reading your comments, I still do not agree these costs fall with the tenantI have previously rented from other apartment complexes with a large breed dog and Hardrock Canyon is the first and only complex I have had an issue with unjustified move-out costsWe will unfortunately have to agree to disagree on the definition of "strong pet odor" and "pet damage"In the future, I hope your company reevaluates how it treats its tenants.

The issue was resolved and resident ended up getting a small credit instead of paying any additional fees. The carpet was completely ruined, however they took the matter to corporate who instead of fighting it just ended up taking away the charges. Please let me know if there is somewhere else...
