I am rejecting this response because: They have been "looking" for the boxes, which contain the sapphire links, since May - months.They have NEVER made an effort to contact me and NEVER responded to any one of my inquiries. They ARE thieves if they continue to avoid responsibility and I will, soon, make further efforts to recover my property or it's value. They can pay those costs, too
