I called Dave about 3 weeks before closing on my current property and let him know the pinch I was in - the mortgage company was not going to allow me to close without dwelling compliance in accordance with HUD standards. Needless to say, Dave squeezed me in his busy schedule and was able to perform several repairs within a week. I closed on time and as a result suffered no penalty charges from the bank. Not only did Dave make quick work of the necessary repairs, but they were performed correctly and at a reasonable price. I could not ask for a more capable contractor to work on my home.
