Based on the information from warrantech a claim was opened 02/20/17 due to issues with the HDMI port. The warranty will cover all repairs due to mechanical issues, and a credit to reselect is only issued when the unit is not repairable. Included is the form needed to cancel the psp, however if the service pan is canceled Mr. [redacted] will no longer qualify to get the television repaired or replaced.

indicated in the Terms and Conditions for the service plan, the total amount for which the service plan administrator is liable is limited to the retail price of the covered product. When the service plan administrator authorized a store credit, they deducted the amounts they already paid toward the servicing of the product and the food loss claim. The servicer stated that Ms. [redacted] was to observe the unit, and call back if there were any further issues. The servicer nor the warranty administrator has received any further communication from Ms. [redacted]. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I have talked to a company that they recommended that is going to come to my house and do a second opinion on the issue I'm having with this refrigerator. I have attached the history of this refrigerator and no I am not satisfied but I feel that I have no choice but to accept the second opinion. Look at the attached records and see if you thing anyone should have to go thru what I've been thru after owning a refrigerator for less than 2 years at the time of my complaints. I feel that a different unit would have being more satisfying. I was hoping you all would have took into consideration all of the inconvenience that I have experienced along with all the repairs.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I contacted the warranty company several times, before they were able to get someone to come and look at the stove.  They determined that the parts needed to be replaced, but state the earliest they can come and install is 8/23/16.  This is unacceptable I have children and elders in my home and the range does not work at all, so its not like I can use one part or the other, I can not use it at all.  Its already been about 2 weeks without a stove, and now I have to wait 2 more weeks.  This is the warranty company that you chose to represent your organization, so they are a reflection of you.  I need someone out here no later than Monday 8/15/16, but would like someone out sooner than that.  I have to microwave food or buy fast food, this is not acceptable.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  It is a shame that it had to go this far.  This should have been done on 8/29/16.  Companies like HH Gregg will continue to bully customers like me with delays and broken promises until they are contacted by Revdex.com and the State Attorney's General office.  I am anxious to see how long it will take the refund on my credit card statement to appear.
