I had my truck towed to this shop to have my power steering pump replaced. When I dropped the truck off parts were brand new I had just recently purchased the parts and they were under warranty. The mechanic called me and told me he was unable to work on the truck due to his health. Once I was able to I had the truck towed to another shop and told him my parts were under warranty and that I could take them back once they were taken off. However when I went to pick up parts to take them back they were not the parts that I had originally purchased so I had to repurchase power steering pump. Also original pully purchased was not on truck there was no pully on truck at all.
