Dave's Repair Service

Review: Last November I shipped my vintage [redacted] toaster to Dave's Repair Service after communicating with him via email. After he received the toaster he emailed me describing what repairs were needed and the cost. I emailed him and asked him to go ahead with the repairs. Since then I haven't heard anything from him. I've emailed him a few times and left a phone message, but have heard nothing back.Desired Settlement: I would like him to return the toaster to me. I will pay for the return.

I spoke to [redacted] via phone earlier today, and we have the issue resolved.Turns out, neither of us were receiving the other's emails and we were both waiting for a response. I'd sent [redacted] an estimate for this repair back in November, but never received a final approval, and [redacted] never received any of the followup emails I'd sent her.I'd set her vintage toaster aside while I waited for her to verily that she definitely wanted it repaired. Communication and technology are wonderful things - when they work! ;-)Anyway, I appreciate your getting involved, otherwise I'd not known about this issue. I've pulled her toaster back off the shelf and hope to have it finished in a week or so.
