Failure to return my delivery charges
I bought a 36"x80" mattress from Dave's Quality Furnishings on 12-28-2019, when I received my mattress it was a 40"x80". It took them 27 days to get me my mattress, then called me and said they cant deliver my mattress cause it was snowing, so I went and picked up my mattress on 1-24-2020. Dave said he will refund my delivery charge back to my MC on file in 24 hours. well today is Wednesday 1-29-2020 and still no refund. My sales order number is

We went to *** on June 8, 2018 and purchased a power recliner sofa and a power recliner. Did not know that *** had turned over sales to a liquidation company named ***., and *** and another salesman, ***, (do not have last name) told us they could order us the same two pieces of furniture from their furniture store in Mt. Pleasant, and in two weeks we would have our new furniture delivered to us in Grand Rapids. We paid an additional $99.00 for delivery fee, plus an Ultra Sheild 5 yr. plan on the material for another $200.00. Three and a half weeks later, after many phone calls, we got our power recline sofa, but the recliner was manual. Our mistake, we should have refused the delivery, but we had already paid by BOA Visa. They already had our money. The delivery guy called *** and got the OK for us to keep the manual recliner until the power recliner could be delivered. Since the day the delivery truck left, we have not been able to reach ***. One time, my husband got someone to answer the phone, and assured us that the recliner was on order, and as soon as it was in, they would deliver. That was four weeks ago. Now, no one answers the only phone number we have, and no one calls back to update. I have contacted a detective at Mt. Pleasant police Dept, officer ***. He went over to the store to verify for us that there is in fact a store there with furniture in it. It was locked and lights out in middle of business hours posted on the door. We just want our power recliner! The one they left us is very hard to close up for us two old folks. In looking the sofa over more carefully, I am suspect that it is not what was on the showroom at the Outlet Store. It is not good quality like we looked at at all! When I contacted ***, they were very apologetic but it really is not their fault. They had had complaints from others and had "kicked out" *** and *** but not until after we had been "snookered".

Replacement Have *** deliver the power recliner we ordered, and promised paper work for the $200.00 Warranty we paid extra for for the material and mechanisms on both piece of furniture, or get our $200.00 back! Probably our money back since I doubt that they would honor the warranty at all if we did have a claim.
