file and seen that a credit was suppose to be issued - to which I immediatly suspended payments. Unfortunatley October payment had already been paid, so we agreed that November would stand as the credit he was owed and no payment would be taken. Customer agreed that this was satisfactory and would accept the month credit.
One of the main reasons that the customer is having repeated issues with his Internet is because of the area he is in.
[redacted] was in the office again today, October 18, 2016 and our technician checked his line. [redacted] is paying for a service that we offer, which is [redacted] for up to 5 mbps. As per our technician, we will continue to check the network connection and monitor the service.
We will continue to reimburse for days that service is completly lost, however customer must inform us when the service is down.
