Daveron builders did an addition for my family and completely ripped us off. We were charged over $90000 for the addition and it ended up being a total disaster. They used the lowest quality parts possible. It has now been 5 yrs and the whole addition is falling apart. Early on when something broke they would come fix it, but then they started to be very nasty about it, almost threatening. We needed an addition so we could take care of a elderly family member, so we didn’t have much time to research a builder. They seemed professional enough and we were up against the clock, so we just went with them. They knew we had a time sensitive situation and they took advantage of that. For the way the addition has held up, we should have only been charged half what we were charged. We have done all the preventative maintenance too, so it’s not like we neglected the addition. We paid them enough to build a brand new house and the gave us crap. The worst part is we sent most of our family’s money on the addition and we don’t have money to fix all the shoddy work they did. It has literally been a little less than 5 year and the almost everything in the whole addition needs to be replaced. It seems like they saw the situation we were in and took the opportunity to make a ton off of us. I hope no one else suffers the same fate as us, please avoid this company. I have included some photos; the deck is falling apart, which I have stained every year. It is cracking and splitting at several places. Several of the drawers are off track and need to be replaced. The kitchen sink leaks. There was a room leak that they fixed, but never came back to finish. The bathroom sink is somehow peeling apart? The wall by the shower is caving in and the shower leaks. I’m sure I’m forgetting some other things, but you get the point. In conclusion they ripped off a family that had just lost its mother/wife and was attempting to take care of their dad. They must have made a huge profit off of us and used the cheapest parts possible. I only wrote this review so other family won’t suffer the same fate.

I wish a third party could have come and see the work they did because its not as they say. But, as long as I receive the check they say they sent, this matter would be closed as far as I am concerned.
