Dave's Water Treatment and Pumps LLC

We contracted Dave to repair a leak in the pipe from well into our home. The pipe was leaking again in less than 2 weeks of his work. Contacted Dave and he not offer to resolve the problem and Refused To Refund Our Money. In addition, we learned that he did not follow proper procedures to complete the repair in the first place. Completely unethical business practice.

In respond to the the complaint, Both the well pump and the wire were replacedThe complainant stated he was planning on replacing the wire at the cost of $To settle this dispute we will refund $which is the difference of what was paid and what he would have paid to replace the wire with his other companyI will not respond to the the complainants opinions and hopefully we can resolve this in a reasonable way Thank you
