DAVES TIRE,Attenttion Revdex.com COMPLAINT NUMBER [redacted] The customer Mr [redacted] made his concerns felt with meI toldhim to bring the tire in we'd go from there ..he cussed at myemployee first then proceeded to cuss at me .demanded .a fullrefund ..kept cussing so I hung up on him ..then he called rightback cussing and making threats .I proceeded to hang up onceagain ..he didn't call back for a couple of hours .this time wetalked a little I explained he bought a used tire there are nowarrantuys on used tires .but bring it in we'll look at it .heproceeded to blow up cuss and make threats About calling theRevdex.com I hung up once again ..he called right back .and told meto make it right or he was proceeding to come to my place ofbussiness and kick my but .I hung up once again and neverheard from him again until receiving your letter this week.and one of my customers told me he made comments about mybusiness on my face book accountMy other customers stoodup for me in the post and he started his ranting andthreatening people again as you can see I've never had acomplaint in yrs in business ..its very disheartening .to me Itreat my customer very well .Thank You [redacted] OF DAVES TIRE
