Dave & Buster's

I have been to several Dave and Busters locations, but this location is by far the worst...
The service at the front counter was not just inexperienced, they were ill-informed about their own policies. I asked about combining my old Dave & Busters Card with the new one they gave me with the meal deal and was told that it couldn't be done... which I knew it could... and one of the other people at the counter had to tell them how to handle the simple process.
Our waitress, although nice, was severely inexperienced as well and it showed. We had to correct our orders several times before she got them right and once we were ready for the ticket we had to physically get her attention as she was leaned against the wall under a TV chatting with another waitress.
The food itself was bland, I ordered chicken fingers and Philly Cheesesteak Sliders, the chicken had no flavor whatsoever and the sliders were served on stale buns. the best part of the meal were the french fries.
On to the actual establishment, if you have ever been to any other Dave & Busters locations you will be amazed (as I was) at the size of this location... it is smaller than any other. The arcade gaming area has just a few rows of mediocre games, many of which can be found on your phone... and the only actual attraction they had on site was a fly by rail VR shooter game (which was unavailable with no attendant).
They should be ashamed to call this place Dave & Busters. I held them to a higher standard than this...
