The customer who filed this complaint has had a 30 day charge account with our company since 1/1/2015. The charge history shows purchases of just two winch brake cylinders, one on 7/15/2015 and another on 11/5/2015. After the customer complained of them leaking, his customer account was credited for...
the full purchase price of those on 2/19/2016. Please see this credit on Invoice [redacted] enclosed. It seems improbable that he purchased 11 of these cylinders over a course of a year as his complaint states. He did approach me a couple of weeks ago and said that he should be given a credit for 2 more. He was told that if he brought in cash invoice copies as proof of purchase, this would be looked into further. he has not to date brought in proof of that even though he was here just this Tuesday the 8th to purchase other parts. If he does bring in invoice copies we will be happy to forward the documentation to the vendor that supplies us with cylinder for credit consideration. Thank you for bringing this matter to my attention. I hope this clears up your questions. Cordially, [redacted] President
