We sent a box with gifts to family in Mexico almost two months ago and it hasn't been delivered. We call, we go to their office but no one can tell us where our box is or when it will be delivered. It is dissappointing that people use their services to send gift to their families abroad, in some cases family that they have not seen in years, and this company takes advgantage of that.

This company lost the packets and don't give the money back, the package is supposed insured

I send a couple of shipments to Mexico ( 6 ) and United States (3) the ladies take time to explaine all the requierements and the Insuracen policy, the also aske you to read the policy that is on the receipt by the time your ready to sign, and until today the staf I sent to my family in Mexico arrive safely and earlier that the delivery time they promise, all the clothes and shoes I sent arrived safe and in perfect conditions.

They went through my package took all my Ralph Lauren Kelvin Klein amongst other expensive brands and left nothing but elder woman clothing . I insured my package but they never reimbursed me. What is the point of insurance . I had a loss of over $700 plus the money I paid to insure my package . Why do they charge insurance fee if they are just going to keep the money. Never again. They even threatened to sue me because I kept calling about my package.

I have use the used this company to send a box to my family in Mexico. Good customer services at the 26ST location. They explained everything the cost, insurance policy, and their customer service department gave me a call just to verify if everything was ok with the delivery. I'm happy with the shipment that I made and will use this company again.
