In July of 2013, Ms *** signed a month auto renewing agreementOn May 5th 2016, she requested to cancel her advertising service, which we did immediately May was the first communication that we had heard from Ms *** since late 2013, since she did not respond to our outreach
which included voicemails and various email communicationsThe most recent communication was our voicemail left for her in January 2016, but she did not respondDespite the fact that we developed her ads, promotional video and incurred advertising costs, we offered Ms *** a good faith refund of six months of service for settlement of her accountShe has refused to settle her account, although our refund offer still stands
We have reached out to the customer, shortened the agreement to months and worked with her to better understand the program and the tools available to herWe also encouraged her to make an appointment with one of our marketing consultants to help boost her results We believe that this issue is now resolved.
DataSphere is the digital advertising division of Sinclair Broadcasting, the parent company of WEARThe customer signed an agreement with DataSphere on 5/7/for a twelve month advertising package that includes advertising on WEARTV.com, along with *** and *** Network advertising and a
promotional video and websiteThe signed agreement states that the customer is paying for advertising services which begin immediatelyOn 5/9/18, the customer told us that they wanted to cancel due to not having the funds to continueWe sent the customer a cancellation confirmation on that same dayThe customer will not receive any further billing from usWe had however already built the customer’s ads and videos, and therefore we can not provide refunds on services rendered

We have been working together with this customer over a series of calls including revamping his ads and moreCustomer asked us to continue the discussion next week, so we will reach out again after the Fourth of July holiday break

I am rejecting this response because: #1..Datasphere has not produced anything of value yet seem to
continue with the same deceptive trade practices as witnessed before via many web review sites such as Yelp, ripoffreport and sitejabberIt appears that Datasphere has a pattern of deception going back several yearsI am sure that you have a record of this in your Revdex.com system as wellAs I received nothing for my experience I simply requested a full refund and wish to have no further dealing with this sham of a companyFor the record...This marks the first and only time I have ever contacted the Revdex.com regarding anything, especially problems with a business in my 60+ years.The most recent supposed/attempted phone contact was NOT made during our posted hours of operation, making it easy to say that we are unresponsive and try to put us in a bad lightThat could be anything bout the truthWe requested a full refund due to the fact that we did not, and still do not, have a website via Datasphere...despite their claims otherwiseAll you have to do is go to goldeggallery.com and see for yourself a *** hosted site that we had when this whole fiasco started...Bottom line we want our money back ASAP$687.00Revdex.com...Thank you for your help!

DataSphereSince then we have actively tried to engage with this company, but they missed their 3/consultation call, and did not review/approve their video scriptWe did have some temporary staffing issues so she may have had trouble reaching us via phone, and we sincerely apologize for that Since we were unable to work with this customer on their marketing package, we have cancelled their account and issued a full refundWe’re sorry that we were not able to be of service to this

NO, there is no evidenceDataSphere is a bunch of lying thievesSending an invoice of payment to a spam account with my name (who is not even the cardholder's) inserted at the signature line, AFTER the amount has been paid in full and claiming that is is a contract where I agreed to the auto-renewal is SO UNETHICAL AND CORRUPT I never signed or agreed to any auto-renewal payments: I never even knew about it, like many other unhappy customers Why is this? Because DataSphere is SNEAKY and SHADY and a SCAM and don't tell you about it upfront like a normal, ethical, considerate company would doI never even needed DataSphere's services past Oct of DataSphere is LYING: I was also told there would be 'ZERO other costs or fees,' from the regrettable initial scam offer from Cameron D***, and that was a LIE I have never 'threatened' DataSphere, they are the bad guys here, stealing and lying to there MANY unhappy customersIf myself and my father wanting our money back is 'threatening', DataSphere is even more delusional in appropriate behavior that I thought Susan C*** also reneged her offer of a month (initial) refund, and then lied to the Attorney General that I refused that offer....the same day that I asked her to confirm if the check was in the mail They are NOT to be trusted They are an unreasonable and unfair company, and I am one of people who think this The right thing to do is for DataSphere to return ALL of the stolen money to their previous trusting customer, and end this hideous ordeal Susan C*** of DataSphere has also offered an month refund to the cardholder, (there are notes made from a conversation he had with her) last week, and until that money is received, all complaints will continue to be made public We are waiting for DataSphere to do the right thing
