Data Stitch

In
response to the complaint made against our company Data Stitch, Inc. on March
23, 2017 by [redacted] regarding the repair to her commercial PRO X 1501 embroidery machine.
We have had several correspondence with [redacted] machine. The head tech
here give her the choices based...

on the regarding the repair of her signed legal
document that [redacted] did sign stating that we would gladly
fix her machine at no charge to her. She had the
option to bring the machine up to our Data Stitch location in [redacted] for free repair or we would have a Data Stitch employee come to her at
her location in [redacted] to pick up her machine and bring it back to Data
Stitch for repair. At that time we would make any adjustment or repair for [redacted]
[redacted] free of charge and return they machine to her. The cost that would be
incurred would be the travel expenses for round trip t get the machine and
bring it back to her. This charge is clearly stated in the legal warranty agreement that [redacted] signed as well (Travel charge are $.50 cents per mile
round trip). Hope his clears up any misunderstanding with the charge of $500.00. We are more than happy to fix [redacted]'s PRO-X
1501 commercial machine within the legally signed warranty agreement our
company has for her.
