The company used favoritism to pick their shoppers when performing the assignments. New shoppers get more assignments than others. The company practices bias when it comes to selecting shoppers to perform their assignments. If a shopper didn't write that great in his or her reports, the company would punish that shopper by not giving his or her assignments although his or her has the availability to do the shops.
