My daughter purchased a used bike several months agoShe got a great deal and the staff was very friendly and helpfulThere was a problem with the paperwork on the bike, and Jeff called us personally to fill her in on the issuesThe professionalism and sincerity from Jeff and everyone at the dealer couldn't be beatJeff took control of the issue, was extremely generous with a solution, and in the end, my daughter walked away very happy and completely satisfied without exceptionThis dealer is miles one way from us, and we will go back there again for our next purchaseI almost traded in my old bike, but the one I was interested in was already sold! Thank you Jeff and all the folks that made my kids potentially terrible experience a shining example on how you folks take care of your customersAnd if this is how you satisfy your used bike customers, I'll be back down buying my next new bike! I did like that Ultra!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
