Dastani Homes

Dastani Homes is one of the worst builders I have seen in a long time. There is Mike and Brain and neither knows what the other is doing. They make promises to get you to sign on the dotted line and don't follow through on most of the promises. They will force you into closing without doing a proper punch list by telling you if you don't close today they we will pull all the equipment out and it will be at least 3 weeks before we can close. They never completed the punch and it has been months. The lentil beam is sitting on the roof, major wash outs by the air conditioning unit and water, the tile cracked on the floor in the 1st week, the plumbing has never worked right, there was no roof vent put in for the dryer, the water system doesn't work right and the subs will not fix anything (everything is under warranty), they left a dead tree right beside the house that they were suppose to take down. The list goes on. The quality of workmanship is very poor. I would not even rate them one star. My best advice is not to build with them. The repeated lie and blame one partner or the other for everything that is going wrong.
