Start to finish a very efficient and professional experience. Edwin T was very helpful in explaining exactly the problem with our a/c unit. He performed a complete checkup in addition to the repair. My call was answered promptly, no voicemail, a real person!! She was very helpful and scheduled my repair for the same day. Edwin was actually about 10 minutes EARLY!! YAY! Very professional and left me feeling confident that he had isolated and repaired the problem.
